- Navigating the emotional ups and downs of early parenting
- Self-care strategies for new parents
- Building a strong support network with others on the same journey
- Open discussions and sharing advice from fellow parents
Come meet birth and postpartum healthcare professionals who will be available to answer your questions and provide expert guidance on topics such as breastfeeding, baby care, and postpartum recovery.
